Attention: COVID-19 Update

Due to the global health crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic we decided to play our part in helping people to stay active and healthy while exercising in the safety of their homes. Thus all our classes will be virtual until the situation improves.

We are offering two options to your liking:
  • Online Livestreams: You will see only the instructor and nobody can see you. Plus points: better video and sound quality, anonymity.
  • Virtual classes via Zoom: You can see and be seen. Plus points: More interaction, more personal. It feels more like a class with real people.

Regardless of which type of class you prefer, we recommend a decent internet connection and at least a tablet sized screen or bigger for an enjoyable class.

Our Classes in August:

Zumba Fitness every Wednesday at 10:30 am, 45 min online Livestream, $8

Zumba Gold every Thursday at 10:30 am (Livestream) and Saturday at 5 pm (Zoom), 60 min, $10

Corporate Zumba classes

Looking for an effective and fun exercise for your employees? Search no further. We’d love to tailor a corporate package for you that will make your employees fit and happy.

Private Zumba classes

You are too busy or too shy to join public Zumba classes and would like to work out just with your friends? No problem, gather your besties and we bring the party to you. Sweat it out on the best timing for you at a convenient place like your condo function room or wherever you like without having to deal with overcrowded classes.

One time event classes

If you plan to have a Zumba fitness class as part of your special event, we are happy to help out with our experience in teaching classes of all sizes and fitness levels.

Zumba Gold classes

We also offer the lower intensity version of Zumba fitness called Zumba Gold. This variation is especially suitable for beginners, active older adults, people with injuries or anyone looking for a fantastic low-impact workout.
